STEP 2: Smart Validation Process

Once the client is ready to move forward, they upload the essential verification documents: passport or identification document, employer letter, and electronic acceptance of the terms and conditions.

No notarizations, certified translations, or in-person appointments are required.

At this stage, the platform activates seven parallel verification layers simultaneously, including facial recognition, document authentication, Open Banking validation, and international risk scoring. If any information is missing, the system immediately notifies the prospect with clear instructions in their own language.

When all validations are successfully completed, the platform issues the Blockchain ID credential.

Open Banking is a regulated framework that allows individuals to securely grant temporary access to verified banking information through a trusted technology platform. No funds are transferred, and banking passwords are never shared. Only the information required for verification is accessed — confirming that income is legitimate, consistent, and sufficient.

SODASPACE uses certified providers such as Belvo and Plaid to securely connect with the executive’s bank account in their country of origin. Within seconds, the platform can validate real payment capacity without printed bank statements, local tax filings, or lengthy approval processes.

What is Blockchain ID?

When SODASPACE verifies a prospect’s identity and professional profile, the result is not a standard PDF document. Instead, the platform generates a Blockchain ID — an encrypted digital credential whose authenticity is permanently recorded on a decentralized network.

Traditional documents can be modified or falsified. A PDF can be edited, and an employment letter can be recreated with minimal effort. A SODASPACE Blockchain ID cannot be altered without immediately triggering a detectable cryptographic conflict.

For property operators, this means they are not simply receiving documents — they are receiving verified proof.

How is data privacy protected?

All personal, financial, and biometric information is protected through end-to-end encryption. Property operators, employers, and third parties never gain access to bank balances, document numbers, or biometric records.
